Agreement to Terms

By engaging Acqualina Cleaning Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for cleaning services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.

Services Provided

  • Residential cleaning services
  • Commercial cleaning services
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Airbnb and rental property management
  • Post-construction cleanup

All services are performed by trained, insured, and bonded professionals in the Chicago metropolitan area.

Booking and Scheduling

  • All bookings must be confirmed 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day service may be available based on availability
  • Clients must provide accurate property information and access details
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted based on property size, condition, and services requested
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for recurring services

Access and Security

  • Clients must provide safe and legal access to the property
  • All keys and access codes will be kept confidential and secure
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables and personal items
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met
  • Pets must be secured or arrangements made for their safety during service

Insurance and Liability

  • Acqualina Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded
  • We carry comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance
  • Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • Recurring services can be paused or cancelled with 48 hours' notice

Privacy and Confidentiality

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Acqualina Cleaning Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
